umur saya sudah 30an.apa klo bekerja bs latian jg? Do you find this valuable?

Maaf baru sempat balas.
Untuk CP di Bogor dapat menghubungi Nanang di 0818103947 dan Ukki di 081710178968.
Di aikido hampir tidak ada batasan umur, hanya saja saat ini di dojo Bogor belum ada instruktur khusus untuk anak kecil.
Saat ini dojo kami hanya punya 1 waktu latihan di Hari Minggu. Jadi kalaupun Anda bekerja, saya rasa masih bisa latihan. Kecuali jika Anda bekerja di hari Minggu tentunya.
